West Ham, Crystal Palace and Everton interested in Sassuolo’s Jérémie Boga

Foot Mercato report tonight that various Premier League clubs have made enquiries for Sassuolo wide man Jérémie Boga, among which West Ham, Crystal Palace and Everton.

The 24-year-old had also been the subject of interest from Italian clubs this summer, among which Napoli and Atalanta, with Boga’s contract running until the end of the upcoming season.

It now appears that a move to England could be on the cards in the final week of the window for the forward, who has been with the Neroverdi since 2018 and notably scored 11 goals in the 2019/20 season.

‘Time to choose’ – Player has option to join West Ham, and needs to decide future

As seems to be the tradition for West Ham and transfer windows, the Hammers have been repeatedly linked with strikers this summer but as the window edges towards its conclusion they haven’t managed to get a deal over the line.

Gaëtan Laborde is one of the possibilities for the Premier League club, and has been linked repeatedly with a move to David Moyes’ side, with the claims stretching back to previous transfer markets.

L’Equipe report West Ham remain an option for the 27-year-old, but it’s made clear the Montpellier striker has more than one possibility. Sevilla, Lyon and Zenit have all been keen, and now Rennes have moved into the picture.

Rennes have initiated contact with Montpellier, and the latter are looking for a deal worth around €20m to part ways with Laborde.

The French newspaper explains it’s ‘time to choose’ for Laborde, and he’ll need to pick a destination and hope a deal can be done before the window finally comes to a close.
